Indiana Jones

4th-Mar-2023

Flame Bearer was a big talking horse at the start of the season, a good novice hurdler for Pat Doyle last season, who joined Willie Mullins, but he has to go and do it now over fences.  Ha D’Or looked very good in winning at Fairyhouse just before Christmas, but he was disappointing behind Impervious and Journey With Me last time, admittedly up in grade.

Indiana Jones is finding his range now.  He had three falls in a row last season, but he is actually a fluent jumper, he can make ground at his fences.  He was impressive in beating a decent horse in Gallyhill at Punchestown last time, that could be a big confidence boost for him, his first win over fences, and he could progress from that now.  He is well-bred, a half-brother to Mighty Potter and to French Dynamite, and the Mouse Morris horses are in good form these days.

INDIANA JONES WON (ADV 13/2, SP 15/2)
